The kids were absolutely out of control and Corey and I were/are at our wits end! I think we are in desperate need of a child-less vacation...if only our schedule wasn't jammed packed with football games and an upcoming Cancun vacation!
These pictures just give a taste of the meanness/cuteness the kids were into this weekend!
To calm them down we let Tucker open one of his birthday presents early to introduce a new toy...Cooper like the blocks better than Tucker did!
This is what a STUFFED Tucker looks like. Yep, he gives us this look after every meal. This particular meal he ate a whole pancake, half of a banana and 8 oz of milk. I think he will be using his Gramp's famous quote in the near future when he can talk, "I don't need it, but I'll eat it!"
Tucker has mastered the riding UVA football. Now Cooper is trying to teach him crazy tricks....GREAT!
OUT OF CONTROL!
They were fighting over the car, so I suggested they both could fit. Good thing I snapped the picture when I did, because two seconds later Tucker pushed Cooper out the window! The car was shortly put up after this incident.
In all seriousness, we love our children and would be bored endlessly without them. But, sometimes it would be nice to be bored! =) Just kidding!

Recap of June 2011 Part I
June was jammed packed - Lots of June Birthdays - Cooper, Allie, Aunt Jeanie, Jessie, Poppy, Aunt Beth, MiMi (Cooper's girlfriend), Me and Nina and Gramp's Anniversary; Allie started keeping Cooper 2 days a week to go on adventures; Tucker started walking - yes at 9 months, and started eating big boy breakfast at school; we had a blast at South Riding Days and attended Thompson Reunion.
Because there are so many pictures I will post in segments like the month of May.
Tucker eating Mac & Cheese and Peas! Like his brother and Gramps he loves it!
Tucker is walking and saying waving hi!
Cooper broke out my Pampered Chef cookie cutters for his playdough. Don't think I will be getting those back!
Love those rolls!
Tucker loves the UVA Coup!
Allie & Tucker in their orange!
Now that Tucker is on the move, his favorite past time is stealing Cooper's toys!
Cooper, "Yeah I know how to spell my F'ing name". He really didn't say that, but it's funny how he is unknowingly giving me the finger in this picture.
"Hey, ladies want a ride?"
I got a Nook for my birthday from the boys! So Cooper and I get to be nerds together on a regular basis!
This was the first produce from our garden! Cooper was so excited!

Cooper Started ADP
ADP = All Day Preschool! Cooper started ADP the 29th of August. The class is significantly more structured than his 2's class. We were starting to have behavior issues and screaming fits everytime we dropped him off to the 2's class because he stated, "There are too many kids and too many babies" in his class. So now that he has moved up the "Big Kid Class" as he calls it, he is so much more happy! We are so glad he loves it! Cooper needs to be constantly challenged and stimulated!
Here are a couple of pictures of him with his first ever homework assignment. He was shoveling in his breakfast so we could hurry to get to school because he was so excited to show his teacher. Can't wait to show him this picture in 10 years when he is complaining that he hates school and homework.

May Part II
I took a photography class mid-May, so now I am trying to shoot only in Manual mode. It's frustrating but I am can see the difference in my photographs. So, I have decided to keep with it and hopefully it will get easier soon!
Cooper's Pumped Up for UVA Football
Cooper loves football season and absolutely loves going to the UVA games! He's had the cheers, songs and chants memeroized since he was a little over 18 months old. As you can tell from this video he really got into the intro song when the football team took the field for the first game. Thank goodness Uncle Lee was there to hold the back of his shirt so he wouldn't fall!

Tucker doing the Dancey Dance
Tucker loves Yo Gabba Gabba. The kid can't help but shake his booty when he hears the music!
He will be 1 year in 7 days....where does the time go!

May 2011 Summarized in Pictures - Part I
So I have completely failed on the 365 blog - mostly the posting part since I am still taking the pictures. I think next year I will post 3 pictures a week: 1 of Cooper, 1 of Tucker and 1 Family. That seems a little more doable! The below pictures sum up the final weeks of May.

Seth, Jordin and Tristyn
The boys at T's baptism! Yes, I am one of those mom's that matches their outfits!
Cooper having a blast with Cass (aka - Mean Ole' Turtle) and Seth on the trampoline.
Uncle Mike and Tucker
Auntie Cass and T
Tucker, "T hurts my ears!"
Cooper continued to make progress with swimming lessons.
He seemed to learn much more with Daddy than he did his teacher.
