Cooper's Pumped Up for UVA Football

Cooper loves football season and absolutely loves going to the UVA games!  He's had the cheers, songs and chants memeroized since he was a little over 18 months old.   As you can tell from this video he really got into the intro song when the football team took the field for the first game.  Thank goodness Uncle Lee was there to hold the back of his shirt so he wouldn't fall!

UVA Baseball

A couple of weekends ago we headed to UVA to catch a home baseball game. Aaron, Uncle Chris, Aunt Stacy, Campbell, Jeannie, Lee, Allie, and Beth joined us. It was a beautiful day for baseball, family and friends plus it was a sell out crowd! Cooper absolutely loved spending time with his family and UVA watching baseball! Four UVA fans put on scary masks and walked around the tailgates to hand out candy to the kids. Cooper was a little timid at first but once he saw the bucket of candy he became fearless.

UVA Homecoming

Yesterday, was the UVA Homecoming Football Game versus Indiana. Jackie and Bob could not make the game because they were having dinner with Chris & Andrew (the guy who chopped off Bob's finger when they were little). So, we had extra tickets and asked Uncle Chris, Campbell and Jake to join us for the game.

It was a great day - great company; UVA killed Indiana 47-7; and delicious food!!! Cooper loved hanging out with Campbell (aka - Mammal) - he had to sit on her lap during the game and on the walk back he held her hand the entire way. I think if Isaiah catches wind of this he really is not going to like Cooper - Haha!

I think Campbell enjoyed her first UVA football game - can you believe she even wore a UVA sweatshirt (courtesy of Corey). Who knows we might make her a UVA fan after all!!!
